Last February before the world closed down, I had the pleasure of putting together a gorgeous Bat Mitzvah for Megan at VisArts in Rockville. Our inspiration was a mix of sparkle, shades of blue, glowing lights and acrylic. Once we had our logo finalized, everything fell into place and I think it turned out amazingly!
There are lots of “M”s in Megan’s family so we chose a logo that really highlighted the letter. Signage and menus utilized Megan’s special sparkly “M.” High centerpieces mixed with candles, acrylic table numbers and understated floral were one centerpiece option.
We mixed the high centerpieces with lower centerpieces of floating candles surrounded by florals.
The dance floor area sparkled with a shimmery backdrop, VisArts signature paper lanterns, and Megan’s name in lights.
The night ended with adorable cookie and milk shooters being passed to the dance floor on an acrylic tray. A sweet treat for a sweet night!
It was a pleasure working with Megan’s family and they were pretty happy too!
“Brynne took time to understand what Megan and I were looking for and what our budget was. She also provided sensible vendor recommendations based on her past experiences and industry knowledge. I would have been lost without this. Beyond that, even when I selected a vendor, Brynne helped me select the right offering(s) from those vendors.
In the end, the party was a hit. I still get compliments about the party but it would not have been such a success without leveraging Brynne’s industry and planning experience.” -Megan’s Dad
Thanks to the awesome vendors who helped make it happen and mazel tov to Megan and her family! Can’t wait to celebrate younger brother Max in 2023!
