Phoebe’s Bat Mitzvah happened at the height of COVID and she had a small, masked and well-ventilated party at her home. However, she and her family wanted a real celebration! They danced their socks off in this gorgeous room at Canopy Bethesda North. Phoebe’s direction was fairy lights and flowers with her favorite colors–pink and soft green. I think we nailed it.
A mirrored adult seating chart was a sophisticated way to direct guests to their seats.
Upscale lounge furniture with acrylic tables full of fairy lights and flowers with soft draping accented by fairy lights.
Beyond the lounge, you can see the drapery wall with fairy lights.
Kid seating options included high tops with ghost bar stools, low tables accented with greenery and flowers or a lounge in a draped cabana.
Adults sat at tables with trios of submerged flowers with floating candles, beautiful soft green linens and Chiavari chairs.
As a late-night bite, cookie ice cream sandwiches from Baked Bear were passed to guests on the dance floor. Yum!
A hedge wall with accents of flowers made a gorgeous backdrop for a candy buffet for guests on their way out.
Thanks to the awesome vendors who helped make it happen and mazel tov to Phoebe and her family for a celebration that was worth the wait!
