How did Cutie Patootie Creations get started?

When my son Josh had his Bar Mitzvah 3 years ago, I designed his invitations, party logo, signage, favors, napkins, etc. I had a vision of what I wanted the room to look like and worked with a very talented planner to make that execution all possible. People went crazy when they walked in the room. It was after that event that I decided to start getting more involved with the Mitzvah circuit. I started creating all sorts of fun designs and getting my name really out there. My designs are all my own and created from scratch. Everything is fully customizable and I am always willing to create a brand new design for my customers. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients on making their vision come to life and to be on their journey with them while planning their Mitzvah.

What’s your favorite part of what you do?

My favorite part of what I do is listening to a child or a family’s vision of what they are wanting or thinking, then taking those thoughts and visions and creating them the perfect invitation. I love seeing and hearing their excited responses when they see their visions come to life. It doesn’t just end there, though! I carry their vision with other items that I design for them such as my logos and event decor. Then the best part is seeing the execution and their excitement day of when it’s all come to life and they are experiencing their day that they will remember for the rest of their lives!

What’s your pop color–that something special that makes you, you?

I am known for my whimsical designs and use of a lot of POP colors throughout my designs. I love color! I would have to say my POP color would be pink! I love pink and I used it a lot in my invitations and logos.

What’s your favorite moment of a Bar or Bat Mitzvah?

My favorite moment has to be the horah. It’s so much fun. I love the fact that the entire party, kids and adults, Jewish and non-Jewish can all join together as one and dance this super fun dance. I also love the introductions. It’s so great when the child picks their entrance song then the day of, they come running into their entrance song. It’s like they’re a famous celebrity for the night!

Some questions parents can ask would be, 1) Are your designs customizable? 2) If we have a design in mind would you be willing to work with us to create us a custom design? 3) What is your turnaround time? 4) Can I order a sample of your papers so I can touch and feel the quality?
