Pop Color Events can do everything related to planning for your child’s Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah service – ranging from absolutely everything (except reading the Torah for them!) to simply swooping in the month of your event and finishing it off. When we chat, we can discuss our packages and add-ons in more depth, but here are the basics for an afternoon or evening party:

Full-Service Planning

We do nearly everything for the Bar or Bat Mitzvah service and party. You don’t want to deal with any of the pesky details or day-to-day communication with vendors, but you want to do the fun stuff–tasting with the caterer, collaborating on decor ideas, deciding between sno-cones or cotton candy!starting at

Partial planning

We do the Bar or Bat Mitzvah service and party planning together with you. We'll coach you through it, recommend vendors, keep planning on schedule and remind you what to do next. You’ll contact the vendors we recommend or whom you choose. We can also assist with Mitzvah event design.starting at

month-of coordination

You do the vast majority of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah service and party planning including finding all of your own vendors. About four to six weeks before your simcha, we will confirm everything and assist you with the final details to make sure everything comes together when it is party time!starting at

Start The Party

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

Unlimited time on the event day with one or more onsite assistants in addition to your Mitzvah planner or coordinator (depending on the number of guests you expect and the complexity of your event setup). We get there as early as needed and stay as late as needed. Pop Color Events doesn’t believe in helping you with complete party planning and then leaving you hanging on the day of your event.
