Pop Color Events can do everything related to planning for your child’s Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah–ranging from absolutely everything (except reading the Torah for them!) to simply swooping in the month of your event and finishing it off. When we chat, we can discuss our packages and add-ons in more depth, but here are the basics for an afternoon or evening party:

We do nearly everything for the Bar or Bat Mitzvah. You don’t want to deal with any of the pesky details or day-to-day communication with vendors, but you want to do the fun stuff–tasting with the caterer, collaborating on decor ideas, deciding between
sno-cones or cotton candy!

We do the Bar or Bat Mitzvah planning together. We'll coach you through it, recommending vendors, keeping planning on schedule and reminding you what to do next. You’ll contact the vendors we recommend or that you choose. We can also assist with event design.

You do the vast majority of the Bar or Bat Mitzvah planning including finding all of your own vendors. About four to six weeks before your simcha, we confirm everything and assist with the final details and make sure it comes together when it is party time!

All Packages Include:

Unlimited time on the day of the event with one or more onsite assistants in addition to your planner or coordinator (depending on the number of guests you expect and the complexity of your event set up). We get there as early as we need to and stay as late as we need to. Pop Color Events doesn’t believe in helping you all the way through and then leaving you hanging on the day of your event. 

We also offer these add-on Mitzvah planning services:

  • Virtual events
  • Shabbat dinners
  • Kiddush luncheons
  • Sunday brunches
  • Kids only parties
  • Arranging hotel room blocks
  • Attending vendor meetings (for partial or month of coordination, this is already included in the Full-Service package)
  • Scheduling activities for out of town guests
  • Putting together and delivering out of town welcome gifts
  • Assembling and mailing invitations
  • Managing guest lists and RSVPs
