Everything at Ava’s Bat Mitzvah was BIG! From the venue itself to her grand entrance to giant light up bears to unicorn dessert tables, we created a magical tone full of whimsy and fantasy. It was the AvaZone! Guests had a great time playing on ZavaZone’s equipment (high ropes, ninja courses, an indoor roller coaster, climbing walls and more) during the cocktail hour then it was dancing, delicious food, and trampolines for the rest of the night.
Lighting helped to set the mood among the incredible array of indoor attractions.
Comfy and colorfully accented lounge area gave guests a place to watch the action.
Ava’s grand entrance was BIG! She rappelled down one of the attractions with the spotlight on her.
Ava has a major sweet tooth, so there was lots of dessert! Glowing cotton candy…
… and living unicorn tables were full of colorful treats for guests to enjoy.
Such a fun party! It was a pleasure to work with this family for Ava’s Bat Mitzvah party and they were pretty happy too:
Brynne is a wonderful planner who is especially adept at making sure the various details of your event work well together and at ensuring smooth execution and direction of those details on the big day. In my case, she took on an unusual and complicated party that wasn’t your usual set-up and ensured that all of the elements made sense and flowed. It was a success. Her innate sense of how to arrange the timeline of the celebration was particularly impressive. I thought her recommendations for specific vendors that she has experience with were excellent, and because Mitzvahs are her sole focus she has a particular depth of understanding of that special event and what works best.
