Ethan’s family was so fun to work with because they wanted a giant party! NYC-themed Bar Mitzvah decor was the focus of this party. Ethan’s logo really set the vibe of the decor with its use of red, black and white, New York City subway numbers, outline of NYC landmarks and map vibes. We tied those elements into various aspects of the decor at Lakewood Country Club in Rockville, Maryland.
The oversized screen served as the perfect backdrop to the party. Even the family’s outfits coordinated with the party colors!
The escort cards looked like NYC subway metro cards and they were displayed on a giant map of NYC with a subway-inspired sign above. Each guest table was named after a subway stop.
Tables with tall centerpieces and Ethan’s logo added drama to the space.
Other tables had low centerpieces with subway-inspired table numbers and a cutout of a city skyline.
Kids had a variety of seating options.
Adults had a tour of NYC for their meal.
And finished the night with New York-style black and white cookies that were red and white to fit the theme.
Thanks to the awesome vendors who helped make it happen and mazel tov to Ethan and his family!
