It was a pleasure working with Julian’s family a second time after older sister Jordan’s Bat Mitzvah. When I first met with Julian he described the types of party he wanted–sophisticated, mature and like a real, grown-up party. We worked with what Tysons Corner Marriott provided and added in some pop of our own. We use navy blue and silver, plus a lot of geometric shapes and lines to give a masculine, adult feel. I think we nailed it!
Julian had a beautiful candle-lighting ceremony with his name in front.
Julian’s logo with just his initials was simple, geometric, and sophisticated.
The adult tables had table numbers which brought in the geometric vibe and simple floating candles. The silver charger plates and picture frame tied it all together.
These geometric candle holders looked great on the kids tables.
It was a pleasure working with Julians’s family and they were pretty happy too!
I love working with Brynne. Her method for working with my son to determine the theme and feel of the party was great. Once we had decided on our theme and direction, she was able to make our vision materialize in the design boards so we could visualize what she was thinking. This guided our whole design and planning process and the party was executed just the way we had envisioned it. Every detail was covered during planning and during the night of the event. I was able to enjoy my party without a care in the world. If I had a third child, I would use her again :-). -Julian’s mom
