We loved working with Zev’s family for his travel-themed bar Mitzvah at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner in Northern Virginia. They were so involved throughout the planning process and they made a lot of the decor themselves. Those personal touches really made the party feel like them. Zev’s family had lived abroad and visited many different countries so the travel theme was a perfect fit!
Zev’s dad made this directional sign which included places that their family had lived or visited.
For escort cards, Zev’s mom made luggage tags and we decorated the table with Zev’s logo which looked like a license plate from Belgium.
Each adult table was named after a special place in Zev’s life and had photos of him and his family at that location.
Kids sat at long, rectangular tables with world flags and votive candles down the center.
It was a pleasure working with Zev’s family and there were pretty happy too!
Pop Color Events was very helpful in the beginning by giving us options to choose from for photographer, venue, DJ, etc. I didn’t have to start from scratch doing my own research! She reminded us what we needed to do and was very organized, easy to work with, professional, well-known in the community/very connected, has great ideas!
On the event day, I didn’t have to do ANYTHING! Everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry for 1 second. It was PERFECT!-Zev’s mom
Thanks to the awesome vendors who helped make it happen and mazel tov to Zev and his family!
