I had so much fun working with Lucas’s family for his sporty Bar Mitzvah at Maggiano’s Chevy Chase. He had one big request for the party… a sports theme with an emphasis on his favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens. Our team knocked it out of the park (made a touchdown?) with a sophisticated look paired with fun, youthful elements. The Ravens colors of purple, black and silver featured predominantly throughout.
Guests were greeted with a giant “L” made of sports cards and escort cards with Lucas’s logo, a riff on the Baltimore Raven’s logo.
Tables included sophisticated floral centerpieces with menu cards and table numbers that were sporty and fun. Each table number included a photo of Lucas being athletic over the years.
Other tables had floating candles wrapped in ribbons in the Ravens colors surrounded by wheatgrass “turf.”
Lucas’s friends left with pajama pants with his logo.
